The primary goal of monitoring hemodynamics is to gain information on cardiac output and perfusion. This course highlights the different methods used to monitor hemodynamics, both invasively and non-invasively in the critical care unit. A strong understanding of hemodynamics is the foundation of managing a critically ill patient and provides valuable information for clinicians to discuss a patient’s current condition and need for interventions.
With a completion certificate, 4 Continuing Nurse Education (CNE) hours, this course will provide you with the skills to monitor accurately non-invasive and invasive hemodynamic status of critically ill patients, caring for patients on central, arterial and peripheral lines in order to prevent complications.
This course is delivered through online, Instructor led live sessions , providing candidates an opportunity to ask questions to the instructor and interact with other participants in the course.
